We didn't start another agency. We built a company that actually solves the problem Indian businesses have been screaming about for a decade.

01 / The Problem

India has millions of businesses.
And zero good systems.

Walk into any thriving Indian SMB and you'll find the same chaos. Leads drowning in WhatsApp. Payroll being done on Excel sheets at 1am. Marketing being "boosted posts" because no one built a real funnel. No CRM. No HRMS. No growth engine.

The tools that exist are either built for the West (expensive, overcomplicated, bad support, wrong currency) or built cheap for India (clunky, unreliable, embarrassing to demo). There's no in-between.

We saw this and decided to do something about it.

02 / The Origin

We started Subix to be the system.

Not the vendor. Not the contractor. The embedded growth partner. The team that actually cares whether your revenue goes up or not.

The name Subix comes from "sub-" (meaning foundational, below the surface) and "-ix" (a nod to our technical roots). We are the infrastructure layer. The system that makes everything else work.

We started with a single client in real estate. They were using three separate tools and a WhatsApp group to manage leads. We replaced all of it with LeadOS in two weeks. Conversions jumped 40% in month one. We knew we were onto something.
