We offer a fair refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our ability to build and maintain quality software.
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial payment if you have not used the product beyond basic setup. After 7 days or meaningful usage, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days of your annual subscription payment and have not substantially used the platform (less than 100 records created), we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months.
Downgrade Refunds: If you downgrade your plan, the difference is credited to your account as platform credit for future billing — not issued as a cash refund.
Refund eligibility for managed services (web development, marketing campaigns, content, PR, automation) is determined by project milestone completion:

Subix currently offers a 6-month free access period for LeadOS and HRMS to qualifying businesses. During this period:

Once a refund is approved:
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us — they sometimes hold refund transactions.
