What Are Cookies

At Subix, we use cookies responsibly and minimally — only what is necessary to deliver a functional, secure, and improving product experience. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.

Types of Cookies We Use

1. Essential / Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function. Without them, you cannot log in or use LeadOS or HRMS.

• sb-access-token — Supabase authentication session token (secure, HttpOnly)
• sb-refresh-token — Authentication refresh token for session persistence
• csrf_token — Cross-site request forgery protection

2. Analytical / Performance Cookies

These cookies help us understand which features are used, where users drop off, and how to improve the product. All data is anonymised.

• ph_ — PostHog analytics (first-party, anonymised, no PII)
• _ga, _gid — Google Analytics 4 (used on marketing pages only, anonymised IP)

3. Preference Cookies

These cookies remember your settings within the platform.

• UI theme preference (dark mode settings)
• Table column configurations in CRM views
• Last-visited dashboard section

Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies. We have carefully selected only GDPR-compliant providers:

• PostHog — Product analytics. Self-hostable and privacy-focused. See PostHog Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics 4 — Marketing site analytics only. IP anonymisation enabled. See Google Privacy Policy
• Supabase — Authentication provider. No tracking cookies. See Supabase Privacy Policy

We do not embed Meta Pixel, advertising networks, or retargeting trackers on our own Subix platform or website pages.

Your Cookie Choices

You have several ways to control cookies:

• Browser Settings: All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
• Opt-out of Analytics: You can opt out of PostHog analytics by loading our site with the ?ph_opt_out=1 parameter. This persists via a local storage flag.
• Google Analytics Opt-out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Account Settings: Analytics opt-out preferences are available in your Subix account settings under Privacy.

Blocking only preference and analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Subix platform.

Policy Updates

We review and update this Cookie Policy whenever we add new integrations or change our analytics stack. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of Subix.in after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will display a notification banner on the website for 30 days.
